NCT PRO Challenge is a full week training event focused on EOD, Special Forces and CBRNe scenarios taking place at a military or civil training facility. Like NCT PRO eXperience, NCT PRO Challenge provides teams the opportunity to train on different scenarios with the latest equipment provided by industry. Training is provided by experienced EOD, CBRNe and SOF professionals.

NCT PRO Challenge is more “rough on the edges” and meant for operators without a fancy conference: hands-on training, experiencing scenarios and equipment instead of learning from PowerPoint is key to NCT PRO Challenge. When the teams don’t train, NCT takes them for the NCT PRO Challenge Tech Tour visiting all the sponsoring companies.

Each training session ends with a debriefing during which you will be provided with direct feedback on your equipment and products with the aim of assessing it against the end user’s mission’s needs. As such, NCT Pro Challenge enables you to learn from the experience of the teams and exchange lessons learned and best practices which might be able to provide you with insights for both sales and further R&D.

The five day event ends with a NCT Dinner for senior leaders and main sponsors on the Thursday, followed by a final day of demonstration for these senior leaders and the NCT PRO BBQ on the last evening for all operators and sponsors. Showcase your equipment and product’s capabilities and join us in NCT PRO Challenge!

How does sponsoring work?

The start of your participation in NCT PRO is a chat with your NCT Consultants account manager. Together you look which of your products and technologies would fit best in the different missions and scenarios and what sponsorship package fits you best. In preparation for the booking, you may request a copy of the Training Plan to read the detailled briefing packs for the missions.

After your booking, your products and technologies are put into the Technology planning. Our NCT PRO team plans the use of equipment based on your input. This is when we need information from you on how you would like to have the equipment used, any props/simulants needed and the number of pieces of equipment you will bring. We also ask you to tell us what kind of pictures you would like us to take of your equipment during the event.

Around two months before the event, you will be invited for a Sponsor Briefing using Teams with all the sponsors and trainers to go over the NCT PRO Training. This is when you can give input on the scenarios and overall plan.

The training starts with a general briefing for all participants in which the week of training is introduced and safety measures are explained. After that the training start.

Each training session starts with a general briefing by the trainer followed by the product training on your equipment by your onsite trainer. After the product trainings, the teams receive their mission briefing and will plan for their mission. This is when they decide what equipment to use. After they have executed their mission, the teams have a AAR/Debrief in which the trainer will ask for feedback. In the planning phase of the event, you can provide one or two questions you would like the trainer to include in the AAR.
